What’s for dinner? With just three ingredients and very little effort, you can make this Soy Ginger Chicken as your main dish. Serve with a salad or veggie, and Best Choice’s frozen breadsticks for a complete meal.

Soy Ginger Chicken

Ingredients:
Best Choice Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
½ bottle Clearly Organic Soy Ginger Dressing / Marinade
Lemon

Depending on your time restraints, there are several ways to prepare this meal. If you want to use your slow cooker, simply add the dressing and chicken breasts to your slow cooker. Cut lemon into wedges and add, as well. Follow the directions on your slow cooker manual for poultry cook time (typically the High setting is 3-4 hours and Low setting is 5-8 hours).

This chicken can also be prepared in the microwave. Simply follow the directions on the back of the chicken breast bag for microwave times. In a large saucepan, mix dressing and freshly squeezed lemon juice over medium heat. Add microwaved chicken breast and cook on low-medium heat for around 15 minutes
